Terms of Service

The following general terms and conditions of sale, apply to all deliveries of goods and services (“Products”) supplied by any legal entity of Crushgrind® A/S (“Seller”) to the Buyer (you). Deviations therefrom only apply if agreed upon in writing.

Price & Payment

Please note that our webshop is a business to consumer shop (B2C). Therefore all prices include VAT for shipments within EU. If you wish to order with a VAT number, we kindly ask you to contact us by mail prior to placing an order. Or go visit our B2B-page to apply for an B2B account.

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order free of charge. We take your security very seriously. Therefore your details are safe with us. Crushgrind A/S does not gain access to your card information. We will not withdraw the amount before we ship your product.

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for typing errors, discounted products, or minor deviations from the descriptions and photos shown.

Time of Delivery & Transportation

Under normal circumstances, your ordered products will be shipped within 1-5 working days after we have receive your order. You will find the expected delivery date on your order confirmation. Please note that parcel delivery can't be guaranteed on a Saturday. 

Shipping

We deliver to all countries within the EU. Freight costs will be calculated at checkout.

Local taxes

Please note that you may experience local charges as customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Crushgrind® A/S. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Crushgrind® A/S has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the EU. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return feeds assessed.

Damaged goods

It is your responsibility as the Buyer to examine the Product delivered immediately after delivery. You are obliged to immediately notify any defects manifested to Crushgrind. If your products are damaged during transportation, or if your product is subject to defects, Crushgrind® A/S will exchange the product free of charge.

We reserve the right to invoice the transportation costs on your account, if the parcel is not picked up or access is denied.

Please note that upon accept of delivery, you accept responsibility of the product. This also applies, if you decide to return the product to Crushgrind® A/S.

Right of cancellation

The conditions to cancel a purchase are:

That you unambiguously announce that you regret your purchase. It is not sufficient to just return or reject receipt of your product.

That the product is safely packed upon return.

You as the Buyer are liable for possible deterioration of the products value, caused by other handling than necessary to determine the products qualities and function. In other words, you may test the product the same way as you would in an actual store.

If the product is tested aside from mentioned above, it will be considered as used, meaning you will only get part of or none of the payment returned in case of cancellation, depending on the commercial value of the product.

Warranty

If the product has visible flaws, this must be notified within 2 months or before next business day.

Definition of visible defects is damages or defects in the product, which are discovered immediately after receipt. Products that are damaged, once taken into use, due to improper handling will not be replaced.

Returns & Unclaimed parcels

Sometimes life happens, and parcels come back to us. Don’t worry – we’ll always reach out to you before doing anything with your order.

Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days from customers receipt on unused items. The returned product needs to be in the original packaging.

For returns, return shipping will not be reimbursed.

 

  • Customer responsibility
    If you wish to cancel your order or return a product, you must let us know. We cannot process a refund or take action unless we’ve received clear notice from you.
  • Want it shipped again?
    If you’d like us to resend your parcel, we’re happy to do so. Shipping costs for the new delivery are covered by you (even if your first order had free shipping).
  • Changed your mind?
    If you’d rather cancel your order, we’ll refund the product price once the parcel is back with us. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • No word from you?
    If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, we’ll assume you’ve decided to cancel your order and process the refund accordingly.
