Have you got a cold?

We recommend to make a nice ginger tea with lots of lime/lemon and some garlic and honey. You can also add some cinnamon or cloves which both have a soothing effect.


Cut a whole lime/lemon i 4 pieces and put it in a pot with 3dl boiling water.
Add 5 cm fresh ginger and let it boil for approximately 1 minute.
Take the tea off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Add 1 garlic clove and 1 tablespoon of honey.


Enjoy the tea and go straight to bed... :-)
